Hi,
I asked livechat to get my account shut as a result of a betting issue.
I was advised I needed to send an email to security@casoo.com clarifying I needed it bolted, and to furnish them with an image of my id. What's more, my phonenumber..
I did(19/06/27) and put an image of my id and disclosed my concern to them. Its still not bolted and ive lost cash I truly didnt aford to loose.

Since I cannot answer you on Messages any longer, since my answers get consequently "declined by the reciever" I will answer here.
I dont have an eccopays account, its bolted as a result of betting issues. I dont know anything about bitcoin so I dont need to get paid in bitcoins.
There ought to be no "lawful issues" with a banktransfer with BIC and IBAN, since its a universal bank move, that's it.
Ive done it before from a Club without "swedish-license".
I can call my bank tomorrow first thing and ensure with them if that would help you.
