Dear KoiSlots,

The gambling club is slowing down my Check procedure. I sent all the subtleties.
-Drivers license
-Passport
-Bank reciept of my deposit.
-Power bill not more seasoned then 2 months.
-Bank card front and back (signed)

After sending all the subtleties they state they cannot check beqause there is no adress on my bank reciept.
My bank doesnt put adresses on bank reciepts. So I sent them a pdf of a bank reciept of my other financial balance where it shows my adress.
Very moderate reacting and still not checked. Attempting this for 4 days at this point yet no movement.
I have a pending withdrawal of 1900 euro and I need my account confirmed moment and my withdrawal payed out.

I have for sure reached live help alot of times and sent alot of mails.
Despite the fact that I have never been furnished with the privilege information.
I asked answers when my records where at last will be affirmed and when my withdrawal is coming in.
I sent my keep going bunch of reports on sunday. Today is thursday.
I believe that is alot all the more then 48 hours.
Now to arrive at the point if everything is handled pleasantly I wont make an issue out of it and I will keep playing the casino.

I have been hanging tight for a considerable length of time now.
And my withdrawal is practically pending a week.
