Spela Casino - Rewards retained and no correspondence!

I pursued Spela in August. Kept £100 and took their 100% reward offer. Fortunately when completing the process of betting I got done with a parity of £1921.25.

I put in for a withdrawal of my winnings.

I promptly messaged in my reports alongside transferring them to the site. Have now held up 2.5 weeks and these records have not been endorsed and I have had no correspondence about what is going on.

Logged in yesterday and now my equalization is appearing as 0. What's more, there are no pending withdrawals appearing. It resembles my parity has vanished. I've asked on live talk who have been no assistance simply that a dpt is managing it and that they can't give me a timescale.

They've presently been clutching my rewards for 3 weeks with no correspondence. What's more, they haven't took a gander at the records I sent in notwithstanding requesting them!
