First of all, I am extremely heartbroken that I am composing this.
I have demand withdrawal of $ 1195.30 after the game.
However, a spring up requesting account check and I reached the client center.
In the early morning of August 25, at their request for account verification, I immediately sent all the documents to them.
Two days later, on August 27, I received re-request for one of the documents I sent, a proof of address-they said my adress report missing-, and sent it back in the perfect form they wanted.
And again one day later, on August 28, I reclaimed that you had lost my 'proof of address' document and immediately sent me the form. - it's twice missing my document.
On August 29, I reached the client place about how account confirmation is in progress.
They answered that they got my archives on the 28th and it would take as long as 72 hours.
They additionally said that withdrawal will continue with no issue after certification.
Now, seven days has gone since they requested accreditation, and as long as 72 hours have gone since they guaranteed certification.
Currently I have checked that all other documents have been approved except for the proof of address.
No change from the earlier week, and address check is still unsuccessful.
Even however there have just been a few deferrals and requests, it is truly irrational not to get the privilege answers.
So I ask the askgambler group to mediate in this issue. I despite everything need to accept that they are keen on this issue and will manage it quickly.
