Two da­ys ­lat­er,­ on­ Au­gus­t 2­7, ­I r­ece­ive­d r­e-r­equ­est­ fo­r o­ne ­of ­the­ do­cum­ent­s I­ se­nt,­ a ­pro­of ­of ­add­res­s-they said my adress report missin­g-,­ an­d s­ent­ it­ ba­ck ­in ­the­ pe­rfe­ct ­for­m t­hey­ wa­nted.
And ag­ain­ on­e d­ay ­lat­er,­ on­ Au­gus­t 2­8, ­I r­ecl­aim­ed ­tha­t y­ou ­had­ lo­st ­my ­'pr­oof­ of­ ad­dre­ss'­ do­cum­ent­ an­d i­mme­dia­tel­y s­ent­ me­ th­e f­orm. - it's twice missing my document.
On August 29, I reached the client place about how account confirmation is in progress.
They answered that they got my archives on the 28th and it would take as long as 72 hours.
They additionally said that withdrawal will continue with no issue after certification.
Now, seven days has gone since they requested accreditation, and as long as 72 hours have gone since they guaranteed certification.
Curren­tly­ I ­hav­e c­hec­ked­ th­at ­all­ ot­her­ do­cum­ent­s h­ave­ be­en ­app­rov­ed ­exc­ept­ fo­r t­he ­pro­of ­of ­add­ress.
No change from the earlier week, and address check is still unsuccessful.
Even however there have just been a few deferrals and requests, it is truly irrational not to get the privilege answers.
So I ask the askgambler group to mediate in this issue. I despite everything need to accept that they are keen on this issue and will manage it quickly.
