Hi, I am composing this grumbling as I am going round around and around with live visit and absence of correspondence through email with payments department.
I had a success and wire move was endorsed 2/8/19 ( piece connected ). More than 2 months after the fact I am as yet attempting to recieve payment.
RB live visit disclosed to me cash was sent to processors 3/24/19. Still no assets recieved.
I messaged payments office 4/6/19 with banks articulations indicating no assets recieved as mentioned by live chat.
Finally got an answer from payments saying a follow has been put on wire move and they will hit me up with update ASAP.
No update.
Logged once again into my RB account and re-store of $2445 has been returned to playing account. No update or reason given. ( bit appended )
Followed up with live visit and was told wire move was dismissed by ANZ.
Checked with my bank and they affirm no worldwide exchange had been dismissed or kept to me.
Also live talk attempting to persuade me to be paid out into a bitcoin wallet which I don't need and found a little odd?
Either RB have not sent assets at all and are attempting to get me to take care of it once again into openings, OR perhaps they entered wrong subtleties to move to bank?
P.S I have recieved assets previously so I realize that all account subtleties and data is correct.

Please help as this is disappointing as it is about 3 months since pull back request!

I've gotten to the base of the dismissed wire- - obviously the financial balance number was invalid and along these lines, rejected.

I'll need to check in regards to future withdrawals, anyway as it identifies with the present assets, this should be paid through Bitcoin. As I expressed beforehand, when I have your crypto address, I'll have the payment given, straight away.

It appears to me that account number has been entered mistakenly at seething bull end as my account number and data gave has not changed since I gotten payment by means of wire move a few months back for first pull back request.

However, as this likewise is by all accounts going around aimlessly I have hesitantly arrangement a bitcoin account.

Pull back solicitation of $2200 was sent 29/5 and affirmed yesterday 3/6.
Assets are no longer in my rb account.

Likewise live visit are disclosing to me assets can be sent by means of wire move now? I would in any case incline toward thos strategy rather then bitcoin if possible.

Following 4 long distressing a long time of going round around and around I have at last recieved payment - unfortunately through bitcoin which I didn't wish to be paid in. I despite everything think that its difficult to accept why this issue with "dismissed payment" couldn't be settled and re gave in to my bank account.
I despite everything don't have the foggiest idea whether any future pulls back will have the option to be paid through wire transfer?

Seething Bull Club in my view doesn't take care of its clients and are very poor with regards to correspondence. This prompts weeks/long periods of frustration.

I presently consider this case settled, in spite of the fact that not the result I stood by so persistently for.
