LeoVegas Casino - £400 PayPal withdrawal affirmed yet never hit my account

I pulled back £400 to my PayPal acc and I got the affirmation email off them, I didn't recieve the money.

I have reached everybody I can to attempt resolve this.

PayPal have guaranteed me no payment was sent to my account on that day or any day coordinating the £400 I haven't utilized PayPal since this occurred.

I have spoken with Leo Vegas and they disclose to me they have spoken with there payment supplier "Ayden" and they affirmed the payment was effectively sent to my paypal

A not many days before this I effectively pulled back £950 so figured I wouldn't run into any issues. How off-base was I

Leo Vegas are declining to give me with an official choice notification so I can contact ibas or other applicable individuals until they address a chief which they were not ready to put a period scale on.

Even still the supervisors of leovegas will never reach you by telephone just messages which is truly baffling please help me
