PokerStars Casino - Account solidified for seven days - 1100$ left in the account

Last thursday while playing I got a warning that my account is froozen because of a Standard Inspektion. Two or after three minutes I recieved an Email soliciting me to give an image from my visa and a proof of adress. I did so immediately. I have been hanging tight for a reaction now for longer than seven days. I additionally reached them by means of Facebook and they just advised me to stand by yet that my case will be organized. That was two days prior yet at the same time nothing. There are about 1100$ left in the account.
