William Hill - 3 months ignored. Account with money block

Hello. blocked the withdrawal of money. 12.02.2020 I sent the required documents from me. Verification of documents will take 72 hours, the operator said in a live chat. There was no reaction after 72 hours, they asked to wait for another 48 hours. They also passed, the reaction is zero. again I write, again asked to wait another day. a day later, I write to them again, asking for unlimited time.
3 months have passed... They do not say any specifics, only promise to "soon sort it out".
I wrote a complaint to askgamblers.
I wrote a complaint to Gibraltar.
I wrote a complaint to Resolver.
I wrote to their "second opinion service".
they all say that willhill doesn't answer them.
I write every day in their live chat- "wait, wait, wait".
Why they ignore the regulators they do not comment.
