PokerStars Casino - Account was ''hailed'' during a standard security check, no reaction

On Thursday 29 August I joined to Pokerstars to play poker and gambling club. I played both and afterward saved £400 to play more club, when I kept I got kicked out of my account and told it was solidified and Pokerstars would be in contact. I got an email saying I was hailed for routine security check and to send confirmation archives including, id, bank proclamations, photographs of my Visa. I gave this data promptly, still on 29 August.

I have had no reaction or correspondence from Pokerstars. I have send various pursuing messages as I have £400 sitting in the account and there is no clarification on what is happening. I am concerned they are disregarding me and have taken my money.
