Hello, on 06.05.2019 I have done a withdrawal demand on betboro. As of now they let me know, I will get my cash following 48 hours. After two days on 08.05.2019 they have dropped my withdrawal ask for and send me an email, that they need records for confirmation. In this email they kept in touch with me, that I will find a solution 48 hours after the fact. Around the same time I have send them all the mentioned records. Since now I have no answer from them. Livechat isn't accessible any longer and on email they don't answer me. My subsequent withdrawal demand from 11.05.2019 was dropped today in the first part of the day. The sum was 230,40 EUR. For me it would seem that they would prefer not to pay me.

So now they have obstructed my account and keep my cash. I have send them every one of my archives. I'm a right client. This is extraordinary. The sum which they keep is 230,40 EUR.
