VegasHero Casino - Payment deferred for 45 days

I mentioned a withdrawal of £1440 on the sixteenth August - it is currently the second of October. That is more than 45 days.... This isn't worthy. I have gotten no input with respect to why they are taking such a long time or that I have to send them some different archives. They will not refresh me so I must choose the option to come here and attempt to get this settled.I have provided however much proof as could reasonably be expected in light of the fact that that is the reason my case was dismissed before.
Here I have joined proof that I have given Vegashero any reports mentioned from me.
I have likewise demonstrated proof of all the email correspondence I have gotten from Vegashero.

Please affirm if the issue has been settled.
