SlotJoint Casino - Slowing down account check and payment

As I have done this previously, I send it what I accept they need. On the 24 I get in touch with them once more, getting some information about the confirmation procedure, as I see they have not checked the docs I have sent in. I am informed that client support will "ping" the check group. Now I have dropped withdrawal and lost €900. I pull back now €1100.

Now it is the 27th and as yet nothing. No "Confirmation mail", no checking the archives, no cash. All I get from client assistance is that they will "ping" the confirmation team.

Today I got my account confirmed AND I got my €1100 rewards, so Case Closed!
It took 8 days - excessively long - however SlotJoint paid me now.
