This is John. I am from the Netherlands. Kindly wouldn't fret my terrible English.

I have a grievance with respect to Space Planet gambling club. Be that as it may, before I put it online,i wanna submit sure that the question is in place.

I committed a withdrawal yet by error, I gave an old financial balance that is no longer valid.

When it happened to me,slot planet had just made the deposit.I promptly reached the bank.

They said that in such cases,the cash would be turned around inside 5 working days.

It has been more than about fourteen days now and space planet continues saying that they didn't get the reversal.

I reached the bank multiple times as of now and they continue disclosing to me that the cash probably been switched by now.

But opening planet keeps on denying.

I needed to demonstrate that in such cases the cash was switched and I made a store to my old bank account.And simply like the bank said,the cash was turned around inside 5 days.

In an obvious truth, it was switched after two days.The bank name is ING.The sum that was store by space planet is €1000,- .Do I have a case?

I am not charging space planet.I have been with them for right around three years and never had a problem.But I don't have the foggiest idea who to believe.

I will pursue this up with our account group and see where we stand and manage this through email as it is a procedure we are as of now in with you. We have not had the cash skip back, yet we can give you a proof of payment which you can show to your bank to distinguish where the withdrawal went.

Thank you for the snappy response.
Verification of payment won't help me to get my money.
The bank isn't stating that there was no deposit.
They are stating that the cash was turned around to the account from where the store came.
Just the one that caused the store to can approach them for proof.
So might you be able to please ask your fund division or Adyen to do that.
This is the main way that I can get my money.
I am upset for being so constant, however I truly am needing this money.
