02/04/2019: Withdrawal dismissed no explanation given

03/04/2019: Withdrawal re-sumitted and enquiry made for reason. Was advised to confirm Neteller account. Account subtleties sent and got affirmation that withdrawal will be settled in 24-48 hours.

Since then every withdrawal demand gets dismissed with reason that "irregular check" is being finished. Ot is currently the eighth working day since my endeavors to withdrawal and the reserve are not in my account.
