PokerStars Casino - Reports still not confirmed after 20+ days

the first time I sendt in the reports that was needed(i thought). following multi week I found a solution that they required one greater report, wich I provided that day on both email that said they required it in addition to I included it my account. the next week I continuesly reached them (multiple times) on the visit alternative wich springs up when you store or pull back continually finding a similar solution: the reports are with the dependable group, I can't support you. eventualy they remooved the visit alternative for my client. It has now been 20 days it despite everything has not been confirmed. Offcourse during these 20 days I have played yet just to free all rewards that I was making a decent attempt to withdraw.
