My account at Pokerstars was solidified for an obscure explanation. This originally happened three weeks prior. I was advised to contact support by email. I have additionally presented numerous messages through their inquiry structure online.

I have gotten no reaction from Pokerstars in spite of pursuing for three weeks now.

There is over $3k in my account so might want it unfrozen ASAP.
