Palace of Chance Casino - Never got my $650 payment

On 7/22/2019 I stored cash at royal residence of chance gambling club. I just so happened to win and got the money for out at 650.00 US dollars. Since it was my first withdrawal I qualified for express withdrawal bank wire. I rounded out all data including all bank information around then. On 7/23/2019 I sent all records required for withdrawal. On 7/25/2019 got an email from Kelly at castle if chance expressing the account is currently totally checked. On 8/3/2019 I asked about it they said they never got my withdrawal demand through bank wire. On 8/7/2019 I dislike everything required again and furthermore got an email checking they got it and given a reference # of 4746198. Asked again today and they are stating they haven't put in my bank information yet to simply keep,waiting. Is there anything you can do to help me?

I've been investigating your account and there are a few notes which are somewhat confounding. I'll have to talk with our Payments Director (tomorrow) to improve comprehension of what's happened here.
