I mentioned a withdrawal of 750eur. from magicalspin on July seventeenth. The following day I got an email from them saying: Following a review of your player account, it seemed a comparability of IP address in a few accounts players, including yours: gie.ma@yahoo.com.
I answered to them clarifying that I have just one account with magicalspin and I am certain that no one can have utilized my IP to open some other accounts. In any case, I didn't get any answer from them. I am connecting the screen captures of the email I got from them just as my answer to them. Now I don't have the foggiest idea what else I can do as they are not speaking with me.
