Lapalingo Casino - Deferred payments past sensible timeframe and terrible client support

So I have 8000€ in my account, it's all genuine crude money, no reward - nothing. I have had noumerous withdrawls on this gambling club previously. I'm checked since October of 2018. Some time prior I made a store with my Mastercard and after my success of 8000€ they requested confirmation of that - which I promptly porvided. Day's are passing by and they at last checked my charge card - however now my withdrawl is stuck on pending since 13.07.2019! Live Visit is offering unique and confounding responses everytime I ask them whats wrong. Some of the time I transferred my Visa confirmation wrong which is as of now checked in my profile, some other time they let me know don't stress you're cash is going out today yet it dosen't.
I'm tired of checking in consistently, I haven't found one solution that implies anything!
