My starting protest from August 22 was settled, anyway the withdrawal I mentioned toward the end was rarely sent. KoiSlots wrote in their last articulation to present another objection if the exceptional payments have not been made.

Since August 29th, I have not yet gotten my withdrawal of 500 euros.

It has been in excess of 10 business days.
