Can you please help me. I won 12.000SEK and approved my account to which they affirmed my account was approved 6:th may 2019. See connected records and email-discussion. (The measure of 1.900 SEK is transfered and ok)

After 5-7 days I composed and inquired as to why the cash was not transfered to my account. They mentioned more reports and I sent them. At that point I got a mail saying that everything is okey a my cash ought to be transfered to my account. Nothing occurs and now they not in any case answer my sends and it's difficult to contact them at the phone.

It's a bunches of cash for me, so help me to make this casions holding their guarantees and conditions.
