Hi, I made a withdrawal of 1400€ longer than seven days back. I additionally sent all the necessary records before withdrawal and have adhered to all the extra principles. They haven't answered to any of my messages and the visit isn't working. Withdrawal is still pending.
Do you have any counsel what should I do next?
