Casino Gods - Store has not been credited to my account

A $75 store was made on August sixteenth by means of etransfer through Gigadat. I got affirmation from Gigadat that the assets were submitted to the club and now very nearly 6 days after the fact I got an email expressing that I need to present a code when making a store. this has never been the situation with any etransfer I have done. I have documented a grumbling legitimately with the gambling club and have been advised to stay quiet. I have basically abandoned the way that I will ever observe the $75 credit to my account yet its upsetting that they won't react on how this will be resolved.
