Bronze Casino - Withdrawal of €1,496 still not paid

On the 30/7/19 I made 2 seperate stores to Bronze Gambling club of 100 euros and 150 euros. The cash required a long time to clear however I began playing spaces on second of August and did well I attempted pull back yet was told I would have a betting necessity of 20000 euros! I kept winning and met my betting prerequisite! I made a withdrawal of 1496 euros on third of August and got an email mentioning check reports so my triumphant could be processed.I sent all the archives back on the 3/08/19 I was sent an email on the ninth of August from bronze gambling club requesting confirmation records. Again I sent the records. Went on to the Visit administration and they asserted they have not gotten any archives

I am worried that will never get my rewards paid I have done all that they have inquired. In any case, don't get any assistance from Visit administration who simply attempting same thing over and over, however there no what other place to grumble as well. Kindly assistance me.
