I had a withdrawal endorsed on second Walk. All records were checked before the second. Following a couple of days I went on live visit to see were the cash was. They instructed me to hold up until the ninth. No payment got and they disclosed to me it would be passed to fund office to explore. A couple of days after the fact and heard nothing back and messaged support and went on live talk and was advised to hang tight for an update and this was a top need. 3 weeks on and still no payment and no update from money office. Addressed live visit on consistent schedule and they continue saying sit tight for an update. Need help.

The withdrawal on the second of walk which was affirmed is for €2400. Another update today saying its despite everything being researched however have heard nothing from fund department.
