Not typically one to grumble yet I feel this club has taken it excessively far this time.

Yesterday, after the alleged 10 business days for confirmation passed, I reached an individual from their live visit staff and they compassionately reached the accounts dept. for me to state that I would without a doubt get my payment that day (yesterday the ninth of may)- I got nothing.

After awakening and discovering nothing has happened to the payout, I reached visit support again to hear something very similar they didn't know what happened yesterday and revealed to me that I would be paid today (tenth of may).

Chat support can't give me much data and I get no answer to messages from accounting.

I'm sorry it needed to result in these present circumstances however I feel stuck now and I trust KoiSlots and perhaps the staff at 7spins can assist me with this issue

I have been in correspondence with ecopayz support, I am being informed that the payment bombed because of an issue on the vendor's end. They said they would be in direct contact with 7spins. Is there any report on this?
