1ACasino - Gotten just 50% of my withdrawal

hi I had caused a to pull back of 2000 euro on the eleventh of July 2019. after various messages for the deferral of the payments I got 1000 euro in both of my Visas that I used to store. I attempted to email them about the issue with no reaction. today I got the live visit on line as they usally are disconnected and raise my issue . The gambling club said that they had send the entire sum and there is nothing from their side as pending. The history at their site isn't working or anything to show my pull back. they disclosed to me will send an emal with the stores yet I have not get anything yet and as ordinarily when I email them , they dont answer. I dont recognize what to do. I can give screen capture of my Visas that I get just 1000n euro from them rather than the 2000 euro I had set as pull back. can you pls check with them.below I have join the screeshot from my credit account the sum I got . just 1000 ( it appears in AED money as I live in UAE)
