Spinland Casino - Decline to process my withdrawal inside their payment time periods

After playing on the 25th September I got pleasant rewards and need them to withdrawal (€ 1000). In their T&C they make some pending memories of roughly 48 hours. So after that 48 hours were past by an ask client assistance when it will be acknowledged. I conversed with various individual and they all accompany a distinctive answer like, we need to do a few security checks we will refresh you by email (never got an email), the following administrator said watch out for your messages as we are surveying your account. At that point the accompanying individual said we make some pending memories of 48 business hours, I react that in your T&C it is around 48 hours not business hours then a similar individual said yes the check will be done 1 day after you mentioned the withdrawal. I react alright so that would be done on the 26th of September so he react yes however it is end of the week too. I have no trust any longer in this please help me.

Can be shut it is solved.
