PokerStars Casino - Won't discount my store after declined account check

User: Pearl, Disputed casino: PokerStars Casino, Status: RESOLVED, Amount: 230 €, Published: 22.05.2019

I have made a store of 230 Euros and after as I needed to play, I was shocked that my account was bolted. Than I got an Email that I need to check my account. I requested that the club discount my store however they refused.

Now I would prefer not to check my account any longer I simply need my cash back.
