PokerStars Casino - Confirmation issues still uncertain following 2 months of comparing back and fourth

On 24 june 2019 I got an email back, that they were managing my account. Now I have send numerous messages without getting responds.
On 26 june 2019 I got 2 messages that my account was completly confirmed. I went to test my account by attempting to money out and it was being declined over and over.
I took a stab at changing out some cash the following days however it continued beeing can't.
So on 5 July 2019 I sent an email again with my archives (once more) and they sent my email again to the group liable for this situations.
I had NO answer back! On 21 July I sent an email again asking where my help is? I play week after week for more than 1k of purchase ins.
They appologized profoundly for the postponement and they sent my email AGAIN to the payments group. untill this day again no answer by Pokerstars
I still have around 4k$ on my account and lost considerably more cash than I needed to contribute as a result of the explanation I cannot money out.
Can you please help me KoiSlots?
