PokerStars Casino - Account unreasonably solidified with nearly £13K balance, still no news following quite a while of pausing

Hi, My Account was solidified on April 25th at midnightish not long after winning a lot of cash. In absolute I have 12-13000 on the account. I have sent messages to Support@starsaccount.uk/security@starsaccount.uk/wecare@pokerstars.com and Every one OF THEM are disregarding me. On twitter I have addressed Pokerstars bolster who disclosed to me the issue is being settled and I will get an email ASAP. This was 5 days back and I presently can't seem to get any further correspondence from them! I have not been given an explanation or arrangement on why and how my account is solidified. Likewise they are presently disregarding me and 20 others on twitter who are in comparable positions! From an organization as large as pokerstars this is a joke. Moreover I have alot of cash stuck on the account! It would be ideal if you help as I need this fixed asap!
