PokerStars Casino - Account is confined because of a normal control, no additional data

Right after a 300 euro store my account was limited because of a standard security examination. This occurred on monday the 30th of September. After I got an email from Stars Security in which they mentioned records to confirm my account I transferred my reports inside a brief timeframe. From that point forward I have send a few messages mentioning an update or straightforward reaction from Pokerstars. Shockingly I never got any reaction other than "you unique inquiry is as of now in our lines and will be dealt with as quickly as time permits". I might want some assistance about what I ought to do next.
