UPDATE: after all that problem they solicited me to send photographs from my Mastercard (regardless of whether I didn't make ANY store with charge card there).

Update:
The previous morning they thought of me email, I need to send a photograph of charge card with signature as LAST report to get vertifed. Following 2 hours I went to bank, made the mark on my charge card and transferred it.
