Casollo Casino - Withdrawal deferred by three weeks

I have made an account to Casollo on first July 2019. A took a 100 % store reward and satisfied the betting necessity. I mentioned a withdrawal on 22nd July.
Now following three weeks, I am as yet trusting that the withdrawal will continue. I have sent in excess of five messages (counting all the necessary confirmation records), yet got zero reactions. During the most recent fourteen days, the live talk has disclosed to me ordinarily that all the withdrawals will be prepared "for the current week". Nothing has occurred.
