Casino Extra - Handled payment however not got at this point

Payment ID: 3214388 got prepared 4/26/2019 at 10:30:34 AM and I haven't gotten the cash on my Mastercard, which is the technique I used to get the funds.
I previously went however the check procedure and the payment went from pending to processed.
Any thought why this occurred? Much appreciated in advance.
