Stakes Casino - No payment following three weeks

I won 10.240e at Stakes.com at September 26th and caused a to pull back immediately. They have 1000e max pull back every day, so my first pull back at September 26th was 1000 euros. I sent my reports directly after I was asked lastly got confirmed at October 6th.
Still I haven't got any cash at October fifteenth (I have caused a to pull back of 10x1000e and 1x240e) and everytime I talk with them, they state that my pull back will be dealt with soon or that I will get an email when it is done.
