Spela Casino - Slow on a €115 pull back

Saturday around 2 a.m. I did a pull back of €115. I got an email that confirmation was not yet important and that the pull back would take up to 48 hours.
This morning (Monday) I didn't got nothing yet so I kept in touch with them an email (in light of the fact that the 48 hours were long past)
Around 5 a.m I got an answer yet all they said was that it takes 48 hours. I don't locate this a wonderful answer in light of the fact that those 48 hours are a distant memory and that is the reason I present this complaint.
