My first whithdraw take 5 days a dismissed , they state it was from before my first store and from reward and that why is dismissed, I explaying to them that the cash is from races prizes not from reward and I recived a react that is right and can make again the pull back, so I do that and Make the second trie , hold up 5 days (once more) yet everthing alright , I recevied the wihtdraw. At that point cause my third to pull back stand by again 5 days and for my suprise dismissed ... they state that is feeling the loss of an archive , and I state that isn't may first whithdraw and everthing was acceptable multi week back ... they state "sorry , however we need a screen capture of your ecoplaz account" ... try not to get why however I send the screeshot , I recived an email saying that is everthing alright ... they state I should make another attempt whit the whitdraw ... I do that ... progressively 5 days ... nothing ... I contact asking what was the issue now ... they state to me " don't stress is ordinary once in a while the sistem make an aleatory doble check it's currently the 10 days i'm be holding up from the last contact ... what's more, nothing ... I contact and they says ..."sorry yet at the same time pending despite everything checking , we don't have nothing more to state to you" .... why ??? everthing great on the first whitdraw and afterward 7 days after so much problems
