Slots of Vegas Casino - Disappointed with payment time span

Hello!
Had some good karma with Spaces of Vegas and mentioned a cashout through bitcoin of $800 on 8/2 and it was endorsed 8/14. Also I mentioned $2100 on 8/15 and it was affirmed on 8/21. I understand they must be paid out each in turn however have been catching up with client support and starting today neither has been sent to the processor. I have had amazingly long holds up with openings of vegas before and was trusting the experience would be better this time anyway I'm stressed it wont be. Was told today by client assistance that they are very deferred because of high volume of solicitations however I've heard this before too. If it's not too much trouble help!
