I enrolled an account in May. Stored cash won a piece. Changed out same strategy for procurement. At that point account was solidified. I had made 3 additional stores yet I cannot do anything with my account. I sent in all reports mentioned by Pokerstars. They haven't addressed any of my 10 messages since June ninth 2019. Would someone be able to assist me with satisfying ? I despite everything have cash in the account and one withdrawal still on hold. Thank you
