My objection is that I missing a $150.00 USD store made by means of Bitcoin (BTC) and I am not being paid a $400.00 USD withdrawal and I am not getting an answer from the casino.
Timeline of events.
Joined gambling club 11/Sept/2019.
Sent ID records by means of email 11/Sept/2019.
Deposited $200.00 USD through charge card 11/Sept/2019. Bet and lost all.
Deposited $150.00 USD through BTC 13/Sept/2019. Payment cleared blockchain anyway club didn't clear the assets. I sent help an email inquiring as to why and they requested that I get in touch with some outside BTC supplier anyway there is no contact or bolster administration for that supplier. I sent Gambling club email expressing this and they solicited me to send a screen capture from the affirmation of the BTC exchange which I did and now I have not heard anything back. My exchange history is demonstrating the $150.00 USD Bitcoin store as now surrendered (see joined screenshot)
Deposited another $100.00 USD by means of Mastercard 13/Sept/2019. I bet this and won $400.00 USD. I presented a withdrawal demand 13/Sept/2019 for $400.00 USD to be paid by means of BTC and it is as yet appearing as pending 4 days later.

Update 26 Sept 2019:
