On 16.05 I made a 25€ store on Fortunate Days Gambling club with the welcome reward. The 25 were not credited to my account until today. After I saw it I attempted to contact the help quickly and opened a ticket (live help not accessible on this side?). I haven't found a solution from Fortunate Days Gambling club. So I attempted to reach them again and opened until today 2 additional tickets however anything happened.
I don't have a thought where the issue is since I never had an issue this way. For whatever length of time that the help isn't noting me it's difficult for me to discover the reason.
