Gala Casino - Silly payment delays

I opened an account at Function Gambling club prior this year. I stored £1.5k in Spring, no reward. I played widely in the Live Gambling club (generally Blackjack and Roulette) and had some great successes, expanding my parity to about £50k.
I made a withdrawal of £4.5k on 02-April, and it was paid promptly.
I then mentioned a withdrawal of £8.5k on 03-April, and a further £25k on 04-April.
Both of these withdrawals are as yet pending after over one month. I have provided confirmation records as mentioned, more than three weeks prior now.
When I get some information about these withdrawals by email or talk, the main reaction I have gotten is "we are investigating this and will get in touch with you when we have more data". I don't consider these deferrals and absence of-clarification acceptable.
