Frank Casino - Outlandish confirmation requests

When I originally got a major success, I was requested check of my charge cards (virtual Visas), Skrill and ID. I've checked those and imagined that was that, and that I wouldn't be incited for confirmation again.
So I've made a couple more stores with Skrill and other virtual Visas (once use cards that most recent multi month). I've lost on each one of those stores with the exception of on the last one, which put my equalization up to 420€. In this way, I've mentioned a withdrawal.
To my shock, the payment was denied and I was approached to confirm all the cards. Since some of them have effectively since a long time ago lapsed, I was unable to get screen captures of them. I did anyway give them bank articulations that coordinate the sum, dates and recipient of the exchange (SUNLET). Those are in Portuguese, since my bank is, well, Portuguese. They have disclosed to me those archives are nothing more than trouble since they require them in English, which is preposterous to expect to get on the grounds that, indeed, my bank is Portuguese.
They continue denying me any approach to effectively check my account and have, generally, hushed up about the cash. I'd avoid this gambling club. They have no issues tolerating your stores however when you win, they will make it hellfire to pull back any winnings.

After a call with the supervisor, the issue has been settled and I had the option to both check and pull back my funds.
