I clarified a few times that I have a betting issue and need my account shut. They overlook my ask for and send me more focuses to play with and lure me to keep playing. I have lost 6-700 euros after I mentioned to be prohibited. I did everything support instructed me to do, yet at the same time get ignoered.

After I mentioned to be avoided from the gambling club on thr 25th of June, which was the subsequent time yet the main time I could discover verification, I have kept 845€ if my math is right. In the screen captures my stores are named Flutterwave, the rest is reward money.

I sent a few sends to security@casoo.com where I gave all of you the subtleties support instructed me to send so as to act naturally rejected from the gambling club. I have been disregarded and no prohibition was put on my account. I have lost 845€ after I mentioned a lasting rejection.
I lost cash I couldnt bear to lose. I have sent all the data you required im still not excluded.
