Bovada Casino - Bitcoin money store not credited

Let me start this by saying I have been quite a while Bovada client and have had zero issues in the past with them. I've made over presumably 50 bitcoin stores and have never had any issue. Recently I made a bitcoin money store of $190 that was affirmed through my bitcoin wallet yet never credited to my Bovada account. Normally I was stressed over this since I've never had any issues. I contacted Bovada multiple times. The first occasion when they reacted by saying not to be concerned they would process my withdrawal - in spite of the fact that I was reaching for a store. The last multiple times they disclosed to me it would require some investment to process. I feel like this measure of time is not, at this point sensible and that a blunder has happened. I'm making some hard memories getting any assistance from Bovada.
