Dear KoiSlots,
I as of now asked 3 withdrawal on my Visa with them, I got the cash inside 24 hours always.
This time I ask 1001.58€ withdrawal to my charge card and that was affirmed on their side 7 April morning.
Until now I don't have the cash, my bank don't have any issues I call them twice !
The gambling club instructed me to hold up 1-4 business day which is today ! i still not have the money.
And obviously I as of now give them back all the winnings.
So i'm in the < snip> if it's not too much trouble help me :( I need my cash ASAP.
