Requested my payout of $750 on the 14/08/2019 and I am still yet to move from "withdrawal handling" I had sent off all documentation required and got an affirmation email. 8 days back they approached me for my financial subtleties again despite the fact that I had just given so (And possibly approached when I requested the status of my withdrawal) It has now been 20 days since I presented my withdrawal. their site even states it take between 3-5 days to process the withdrawal. I have done everything right and have been more than tolerant, the visit and email offer little help.

Your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, not long ago: 9/8 Paid AUD $682 + No Administration Expense for exchange #41105680. I've checked with our processor and they've affirmed that the wire was finished on the tenth, so I would expect the assets have just reached your account.
