I won $1200 AUD on the 30/04/2019
I've given the entirety of the reports required and it has all been evidently affirmed.
I am presently almost into the second seven day stretch of June... no express wire as guaranteed no subsequent withdrawal.. I have needed to reach them again and again... give my wire move subtleties AGAIN On the grounds that obviously they weren't right ( they were) and give my id once more. I'm tired of all together . I need some help

I am sorry for the troubles you've been encountering with this.

I've investigated your account and I see everything is all together, with one exemption - the ID we have on document for you lapsed in Spring. We should have a refreshed duplicate of your ID. I've quite recently sent you an email seeing this and when I get your answer, I'll have your withdrawal given without delays.

As expressed,
My ID didn't lapse in March.
It Terminated in June.
I have sent the new substantial ID on the fourth of June as requested.
Duplicates of the photographic ID being referred to show the expiry date clearly.
I.am.not sure where the long stretch of Spring comes into the condition as this is clearly not the case.
Both Id's are sent for your survey .
